Kurt fell in love with Park City when he first landed here almost forty years ago. His legacy is as wide as it is deep – he has been instrumental in growing the custom building and real estate industries, and has supported countless local nonprofits working to preserve and improve this corner of paradise. Bronson Calder

Bronson is a pure product of Park City’s soil and sunlight, an incredibly kind and attentive man, and one of the driving forces behind our business. He’s spent his entire life on the slopes of these mountains, watching our community grow while nurturing the landscape that has provided him with so much. Over the past two decades, he has been a key player in helping our town transform from a small mining outpost into one of the most exclusive outdoor destinations on the planet. While it’s uncommon for a real estate partner to bring you and your family on a guided snowmobile tour or hike into the high alpine forest – with Bronson this is just good manners. If the timing is right, he might even bring along his main adventure buddy – his awesome seven-year old son.

Born and raised in Park City with over two decades in the industry, his roots run deep in the community and the surrounding mountains. Cindy Salrin

Cindy is inspired to make every single day the absolute best it can be. This applies to her family, her community in Park City, and a deep love for experiencing the outdoors. Part mountain lion, part orchestra conductor – Cindy’s natural warmth and positivity is only complimented by her efficiency and work ethic that she has practiced in the real estate industry for 13 years. Julie Miller

Julie believes in reinventing oneself every decade or so. In light of this philosophy, which has served her well over the years, she didn’t hesitate when it felt time to pivot from the thriving interior design business she’d curated towards her next chapter in real estate.

Marrying the two professions was a natural evolution for Julie. Because she has such a genuine enthusiasm for working with people, success for Julie is measured when her clients are thrilled with both the end result and the experience Julie’s high level of service and attention yields. To her, the human connection makes all the difference, informing her overall approach and resulting in many long-term friendships along the way.

Julie has considered Park City home since 2004 and is now a true mountain girl. The Wasatch mountains continue to take her breath away and soothe her soul, serving as the backdrop for her active lifestyle. Eighteen years of hiking, cycling, golfing and skiing eventually led Julie to marrying her favorite ski buddy, Greg. Combined they have 3 adult children in various stages of higher education and, to keep them young and on their toes, recently decided this gaggle was short an English Cream Retriever, named Billie.

Aidan Lehfeldt-Ehlinger

Aidan is one of those mountain unicorns who is as comfortable on an epic 50-mile trail run in the Wasatch as she is in the rarefied air of haute couture and women’s fashion. With over a decade of experience in marketing and design, she is helping our team express in images and words that indescribable magic that we pass on to our clients.

Michael Jeffers

Michael was born and raised in the Lake Tahoe area. Being raised in Tahoe, he grew up with a deep passion for every imaginable outdoor activity that Lake Tahoe had to offer. From playing high school football to being out on the slopes enjoying the snow that the mountains offered. He later attended The University of Nevada, Reno, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the School of Business. After college, he owned and operated a local landscape/property management company for six years. He has strong familial ties to the Park City area where his great grandfather’s family settled the property now known as The Colony. Michael’s older brother, Stephen, also a realtor with the Peterson Calder team, moved to Park City in 2016. After visiting Utah many times, Michael decided to make a change and join his brother to expand his real estate career. Michael is excited to explore and share what Park City has to offer to anyone who wants to enjoy this exceptional mountain lifestyle as much as he does.
